CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Here at The Next Step PR our team invests a great deal of time and effort in preparing for client promotions.  Due to this we have a strict cancellation policy effective May 25, 2021.
 

For all Clients:

  1. Rescheduling Promotion Dates: There is a $300 rescheduling fee. Please note you will not be charged if it is your first time rescheduling a promotion as we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. That being said we will be enforcing a “3 strikes your out” rule as we are potentially losing clients with each reschedule.

  2. If you need to cancel your promotion booked with The Next Step PR, the cancellation MUST take place less than 31 days prior to the start of the booked promotion, The Next Step PR will refund 25% of the total fee. There is no refund for cancellations taking place less than 30 days prior to the booked promotion. Upon cancellation of your promotion with The Next Step PR, we will immediately cancel your tour with our bloggers and readers, and you will be removed from folders and documents.  

 

Once your sign up is made, you will receive an invoice for the agreed upon services.  After payment is received, you have 48 hours to cancel for a full refund. Once signed promotions will move forward.
